I’m also slowly moving away from my love affair with the espresso martini. The inconsistency in how they’re made creates way too much anxiety when ordering one. They can fall anywhere between downright awful and absolutely delicious...and let’s face it, who really wants to send a drink back to the bartender? They don’t always take kindly to that kind of behavior. 😂
